I wrote a called Bloggers Can’t Be Trusted a few years ago. It’s a romance comedy parodying what it’s like to work as an entertainment journalist. Most people who read it said it was funny, and that was my goal. When I tell stories, I hope to connect with people on a personal level. It doesn’t have to be super deep, but if readers can learn something or see themselves in my work then I feel like my job is done.

Here, I will tell some personal stories about my life as a mom and wife living in Brooklyn. You might even see some career stuff too. Speaking of career stuff, you have seen my work as an award-winning journalist, editor, ghostwriter, host, producer, B2B writer, and content creator across various outlets such as Fast Company, VIBE, XXL, Complex, Essence, IMAN Cosmetics and more.
